Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated  Senior Corporate Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. This role reports directly to the Financial Controller and indirectly to the Group CFO. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the corporate accounting function, overseeing a team, and supporting consolidated financial reporting across multiple entities and currencies. This position requires a strong accounting background, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor a team of two direct reports and collaborate with two additional indirect team members.
• Oversee corporate accounting functions, including monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Coordinate and execute the corporate consolidation process, ensuring accurate intercompany eliminations and reconciliations.
• Collect, analyze, and consolidate financial information from multiple international subsidiaries.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages, including KPIs, footnotes, and supporting documentation.
• Support and guide junior accountants, providing training and assistance as needed.
• Communicate effectively with foreign subsidiaries in English, demonstrating patience and adaptability in overcoming language barriers.
• Work closely with external auditors, tax advisors, and other consultants to support audit and tax filing requirements, for both US and foreign subsidiaries.
• Manage multiple ongoing projects while maintaining ownership of recurring daily and monthly accounting responsibilities.
• Assist with both routine and ad hoc financial analyses, including projects beyond core accounting and finance tasks.
• Adapt quickly to changes in business priorities and maintain performance in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience , with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role .
• Strong understanding of  multinational and multi-currency accounting , intercompany transactions, and corporate consolidation processes.
• Proven experience preparing  corporate financial statements and management reporting packages .
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work across various systems, datasets and ERP software.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate in fluent English with foreign subsidiaries and work effectively across cultures and time zones.
• Advanced in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting tools. Workday and QuickBooks Platinum experience is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• This is a  hybrid position , requiring a mix of remote and in-office work.
• The role may involve  cross-functional and ad hoc projects that extend beyond accounting and finance.
