Rend Lake College seeks a part-time BUSINESS OFFICE SPECIALIST. This position will assist the Payroll and Financial Accountant with payroll processing and corresponding reporting. Provide and maintain coverage for the Accounts Receivable Specialist for breaks and absences and during times of peak activity. Assist the Accounts Payable Specialist with filing and maintaining vendor files. Assist with preparation of journal entries, various reporting and assisting the Business Office Accountant as needed. Maintain a courteous and friendly attitude with employees, students and outside agencies when performing job functions, and maintain the integrity and confidentiality of Business Office Information.
