Job Description

Are you passionate about providing outstanding customer service? We're looking for a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Representative to support our clients by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. As the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in delivering professional and courteous service.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions based on client guidelines.
Ensure customer satisfaction by identifying concerns and offering appropriate resolutions.
Accurately document customer interactions, actions taken, and any necessary follow-ups.
Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to privacy standards.
Follow quality assurance guidelines to ensure calls are handled professionally and effectively.
Utilize various technical systems, including call center software, desktop applications, and online resources, to track and resolve customer issues.
Collaborate with team members to address complex inquiries and deliver the best possible service.
Maintain a stable and private internet connection (cellular data cannot be used) with the ability to connect via Ethernet cable.
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
Healthcare-related certification.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think quickly and effectively.
Proficiency in computer use and the ability to navigate multiple systems.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable sitting for extended periods while handling customer interactions.
Ability to pass a background check.
Reliable high-speed internet to support remote work requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual in Spanish and English (a plus but not required).
Previous experience in customer service, particularly in a call center environment.
Prior Public Trust Clearance or ability to obtain one (required for certain government-related contracts).
