As a Concrete Mixer/Batch Plant Operator, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the smooth production of high-quality concrete. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Operating and maintaining concrete mixing and batching equipment.
- Monitoring production processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and company protocols.
- Collaborating with other team members to meet production goals.
We’re seeking someone who brings:
- 1+ year of experience as a Concrete Mixer/Batch Plant Operator or in a related role.
- A solid understanding of batching processes and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- A team-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills.
