Job Description

Salary: $120,000 - 185,000 per year Requirements:

  • We are looking for candidates who hold a Bachelor's degree and have at least 10 years of experience in application development, showcasing a successful track record of managing high-performing development teams. You should possess experience in custom application software development and packaged software implementations, alongside a solid understanding of Agile software delivery processes. Familiarity with Microsoft .NET is an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
  • In this role, I will guide, mentor, and nurture a team of talented developers while cultivating a culture rooted in excellence and accountability. I will oversee project execution and manage priorities across our eCommerce software development team. Collaborating with architects and technical leads, I will facilitate the implementation and enhancement of applications. Additionally, I will ensure the planning and execution of complex projects are conducted efficiently and with a high standard of quality. Building strong partnerships with internal business teams will be crucial to align our IT solutions with the broader goals of the company.
