We are seeking a talented Category Senior Manager who will be responsible to develop and present strategic selling stories within the context of each customer/client's business for category management. May oversee and lead the work of Category Managers and Category Analysts in responding to client requests for information, analysis, and preparation of presentations. What we offer:Full-Time Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life)401(k) with company matchTraining and Career DevelopmentGenerous Paid Time-OffResponsibilities:Proactively develop business growth opportunities from data analysis and present these to company sales team and business partners.Prioritize major business opportunities across client(s) categories by alignment of the goals with the Client, Customer, and Company.Communicate business opportunities and recommend an action plan to the Sales Team and/or client/customer's senior management team.Develop and recommend strategic direction based on collaboration with senior client management teams.Determine and quantify primary business opportunities and key drivers through data analysis and industry expertise.Leverage data for advanced assortment and shelving solutions.Qualifications:Bachelor"s Degree is required; MBA Degree in Business or related field is preferred or equivalent job-related experience4-6 years of experience in the applicable field (i.e. sales and marketing agency, Customer, and/or Client2-3 years supervisory experienceStrong functional knowledge of Category ManagementAbility to present "Top to Top" presentations in a knowledgeable and confident manner in both planned and impromptu situationsSignificant experience preparing and presenting final work product to customer/clientThe salary range for this role is $110,000-$115,000
