The Opportunity:

Step into a transformative role as a Site Safety Strategy Associate, tasked with infusing innovation into our location’s safety and health strategy. By aligning compliance efforts with preventive and engagement goals, you'll ensure our environment remains not only compliant but also inherently safe.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Spearhead palpable improvements in safety awareness and injury prevention across the site.
• Engage in active team collaborations, showcasing leadership in safety initiatives.
• Orchestrate the BBS training landscape, acting as a mentor to elevate safety standards.
• Customize and lead safety training sessions to suit a diverse group of participants.
• Analyze and overhaul the On-The-Job Training framework, focusing on competency uplift.
• Lead Tier meetings by coordinating safety updates and addressing key issues.
• Develop and conduct sessions on engagement and safety reporting, focusing on strategic improvements derived from insightful data analysis.
• Facilitate proactive communication of safety notices from other facilities.
• Commit to the specific safety tasks as outlined in location protocols.
• Embark on long-term projects centered around improving compliance and decreasing workplace incidents.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Exceptional bilingual communication command, especially in English and Spanish.
• Engagement with safety concepts, demonstrated by profound knowledge of safety measures.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications to support communication and data handling.
• Demonstrative coaching experience, with an enthusiasm for leadership development.
• Familiarity with the demands of industrial and production settings is advantageous.

Operational Insights:

• Anticipate typical work hours with adaptations for specific scheduling needs.
• Balance between administrative duties and engagement in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Stay physically active, conforming to the demands of extensive standing or climbing.

Certification Notable:

• Possessing OSHA 10 certification will enhance your application.
