Job Description

Description We're seeking an experienced and detail-driven Senior Accountant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys owning key components of the month-end close process, financial reporting, and process improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Oversee general ledger activities and ensure accuracy of financial transactions Manage full month-end and year-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals Prepare internal financial statements and assist in the preparation of external reporting packages Maintain fixed asset and depreciation schedules Review and reconcile intercompany transactions and balance sheet accounts Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies Coordinate and provide support during audits (external and internal) Identify and implement process improvements to streamline accounting functions Mentor entry level team members and provide guidance as needed Requirements Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CPA-track a plus) 4-6+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
