Job Description

LaSalle Network is partnering with an MSP technology company seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to join their team to support their client’s infrastructure. Projects include the virtualization of hardware, migration to a private cloud, and data center migrations.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in distributed project networks, servers, VMWare and mainframe. They must also have experience with waterfall methodology, be able to manage multiple projects, work with clients and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

Project Manager Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently and drive them to successful completion within budget, scope and schedule
  • Lead the planning, coordination and execution of project activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables and timelines, and ensure alignment with business goals and customer expectations
  • Develop, track and report project progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
  • Manage risk assessment, mitigation plans and issue resolution to ensure successful project delivery
  • Facilitate project team meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint retrospectives, team planning and customer review meetings
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members and stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to best practices
  • Act as a subject matter expert in infrastructure initiatives
Project Manager Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-wide complex infrastructure
  • Previous MSP experience required
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders
  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
  • PMP other project management certifications preferred
This Project Manager position is a 6-month contract opportunity with a high likelihood of extensions or conversions, and the hourly rate for this position is between $70-75/hour. This position is fully remote.
