We're looking for full-time pediatric clinical therapists who are eager to make a difference and help shape the future of accessible mental health services for children ages 0-14.

About the Role

In this role, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based teletherapy to children, parents, and families. If you're excited about working in an innovative, early-stage environment and are committed to improving access to exceptional behavioral health care, we'd love to hear from you!

Complete clinical documentation, including intake notes, progress notes, and treatment plans, using a secure online platform.

Participate in weekly case reviews and team meetings to ensure comprehensive care and ongoing professional development.

Who You Are

A master's-level therapist independently licensed in California (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC).

Have at least 1+ years of independent clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families.

Comfortable with technology and excited to integrate digital tools into clinical care.

Must not be opted out of Medicare.

Saturday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST

This schedule is designed to accommodate children's availability for sessions.

Malpractice Insurance: Coverage provided.

Additional Benefits: Life insurance, long-term and short-term disability insurance, and new parent leave.

A Supportive & Inclusive Work Environment that values the well-being of our clinicians.
