We are seeking an  Office Manager  to join our team!

*This is an on-site role, and will not be remote or hybrid, at any time.*

About the Role:

As an Office Manager with Tremron you are responsible for overseeing and coordinating all administrative and operational functions within our Bowman, SC office to ensure a smooth, efficient, and productive work environment.

As well as:

  • Oversight and Support of the Office Functions and Personnel (helping with customer service, maintaining company documentation, logistics support, and leading the office teams to success)
  • Assisting with Accounting and Taking on Month-End Closing Procedures (working on billing and collections, maintaining accurate data and reporting, controlling inventory, and doing basic accounting functions)
  • Supporting HR Administration (assisting with recruiting and onboarding on few staff, training and staff development, as well as other employee relations tasks as needed

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Office Management Experience (at least 3 years)
  • A Bachelor’s Degree is Preferred (but experience can be considered in its place if necessary)
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Human Resources Experience
  • Good Multi-tasking, Communication, Customer Service, and Organizational Ability
  • Strong Technical Aptitude (JD Edwards (Preferred), KRONOS (Preferred), and Microsoft Office Products including Excel)
