TLC, where d i f f e r e n t is beautiful Office Manager (Full Time) Join our dynamic organization dedicated to supporting vulnerable youth, young adults and families! You will be part of an holistic team of professionals creating a safe and affirming environment where differences are leveraged, valued, and celebrated. Under the supervision of the Program Director, this position provides administrative support to our Transition Age Youth Housing Programs, including:
- Providing administrative support to program staff
- Accounting tasks and bookkeeping duties as assigned, including co-managing program finances
- Maintaining a welcoming and organized Transition Age Youth Resource Center
- Co-managing youth center services with the Resource Center Coordinator
- Training new staff on center and office procedures and policies
- Supporting the Program Director and Housing Director with contract compliance
- Grant application and management support

- The ability to perform job duties efficiently and effectively
- The ability to be self-directed and to work as part of a team
- Strong computer skills including Google Office Suite, Microsoft Office

- Two plus years of experience in an office management position
- Experience in various aspects of administrative and accounting duties
- CA driver’s license and capacity to use own vehicle for company travel is required (mileage compensation provided)
- The ability to pass a pre-employment background check, physical exam, TB test and drug screen.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Wage Range: $24 – $29 per hour, depending on years of experience. The salary range for this role may vary above and below the posted range, as determined by experience and licensure. Compensation takes into account several factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Posted wage ranges are reflective of a full-time/40 hour week position.
