Key Responsibilities: Manage daily office operations, including supply inventory, equipment, vendor coordination, and workspace upkeep Maintain and enforce office policies, health and safety standards, and compliance procedures Support the COO with calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and meeting preparation Serve as the primary liaison to building management and external service providers Assist in managing contracts, tracking expenses, and supporting the operations budget Organize and maintain on-site and off-site physical records Maintain the Operations SharePoint database and coordinate with IT for staff support Support HR onboarding/offboarding tasks, including workspace setup and systems access Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred 2–3 years of office management experience, ideally in a nonprofit or mission-driven setting Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and time zones Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based tools like Teams, SharePoint, and Zoom Integrity, discretion, and a strong alignment with Synergos’ values and mission
