Description
The Nurse Educator position will provide educational support to clinical staff and will focus on staff clinical development and expertise. They will work intimately with the regional education team and unit clinical leadership to plan for the development of excellence in care. This position will emphasize the use of educational theory and expertise to provide clinical and didactic education to increase the competency of staff, foster clinical growth, and ensure safe and positive patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Master's Degree or actively enrolled or in process of enrolling in a master’s program.
Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
3 years of recent experience in an acute care setting, which provided an in-depth knowledge of:
Acute care clinical issues and patient care practices
Quality improvement theories and methods
Adult learning principles
Data analysis methods.
Preferred Qualifications:
Specialty certification within 1 year of hire.
1 year of experience in clinical education.

Pay Range: $49.34 - $76.59
The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
