Client is seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to design, develop, and implement customized Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions that align with business objectives. This position requires strong technical expertise in Dynamics CRM architecture, customization, integration, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities 1. Software Development & IntegrationDesign and develop custom solutions using plugins, workflows, forms, APIs, and Azure functions.
Maintain Dataverse data models and other relational/blob databases.
Integrate Dynamics CRM with internal and third-party business systems.
Manage CRM data including import/export, cleansing, and data integrity maintenance.
Act as a trusted technical advisor to business stakeholders.
Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to translate requirements into technical deliverables.
Assist with wireframing and prototyping efforts for new features.
Identify and resolve performance issues, security threats, and other system-related concerns.
Package and deploy unmanaged solutions across environments.
Stay current on Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform updates.
Embrace UI/UX best practices to enhance user adoption.
Pursue relevant certifications to support role evolution and business needs.
Leverage Power Automate, low-code/no-code tools, workflows, and business rules for process automation.
Utilize tools that enhance Power Platform performance and user experience.
Design secure environments using Business Units, Security Roles, and Access Teams.
Implement least-privilege principles to manage field-, record-, and entity-level access control.
Ensure secure collaboration through flexible Access Team configurations.
Use JavaScript, C#, Power Apps, Azure Functions, and APIs to build scalable and performant solutions.
Optimize and refactor existing Power Platform codebases and custom logic.
Build user-friendly, business-specific CRM solutions using entities and custom logic.
Tailor user interfaces to enhance productivity and usability.
Create and maintain system documentation, including architecture diagrams and user guides.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and participate in on-call rotation as needed.
Deliver end-user training sessions to ensure effective adoption of CRM systems.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development.
Strong experience customizing entities, workflows, form scripting, and business rules.
Proficiency in:
JavaScript , C#
Azure Integration Services , APIM , MuleSoft
REST and SOAP APIs
Strong experience with Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) preferred.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred.
Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certification Preferred.
