Job Description

NIPRO Technical Solutions, Inc. is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to join our team in the Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing industry. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing department's initiatives and strategies, helping to enhance our brand presence and engage our target audience. You will be tasked with assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and analyzing industry trends to contribute to informed decision-making. Responsibilities

  • Support the marketing team in executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and print.
  • Assist in creating engaging content for marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, social media posts, and website updates.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and customer preferences to aid in strategic planning.
  • Help organize marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities to promote NIPRO Technical Solutions offerings.
  • Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication for marketing projects.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a marketing role or internship is a plus, particularly within the electrical/electronic manufacturing sector.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and basic graphic design software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with marketing analytics tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
