Job Description We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join a project-driven IT team in an onsite role supporting a diverse user base. The ideal candidate will provide day-to-day technical support and assist with hardware and software upgrades, machine provisioning, and decommissioning efforts. In this role, youll handle both structured project work and ad hoc walk-up support, reporting directly to the team lead and working alongside a collaborative IT group. This position operates in a 50/50 Mac and Windows environment, with a slight preference for Mac expertise. During gaps between projects, the role will involve Tier 1 and Tier 2 tasks such as account access issues, password resets, and printing problems.
