Jump In, Get it Done, Make it Count . - Short-term HR gig with big impact !
We’re a manufacturing company is on the hunt for a Human Resources Specialist/Generalist to jump in on a short-term assignment. If you’re an HR unicorn who’s comfortable juggling everything from payroll tweaks to onboarding newbies—this one's for you. HR who can roll up their sleeves and jump in to support our team for a few weeks. You’ll be helping out with some core HR functions while our regular crew is shuffling roles and getting things in place.

What You’ll Do:
· Assisting with payroll-related tasks
· Helping out with recruiting activities like scheduling interviews and following up with candidates
· Handling onboarding for new hires (paperwork, system setup, basic orientation)
· Supporting day-to-day HR operations (organizing files, updating records, answering quick employee questions)
· Possibly helping with benefits admin and other random HR odds and ends
What You Bring:
· At least 2 years doing general HR work
· Some payroll experience—even better if you’ve used Paylocity
· Confidence to work independently
· Solid people skills
· Good time management
· A handle on confidentiality
· No degree required. HR certifications are nice, but we’re more about what you can do than what’s on your wall.
