Job Title: Recovery Housing Program Manager

Ministry: Queen of Peace Center

Reports To: Director of Recovery Housing

Position Summary

Responsible for facilitating services and program oversight at Queen of Peace Center Recovery Housing and Maternity Home Programs. Must maintain an honest, ongoing communication with Queen of Peace Center treatment team members to ensure continuity of care.

Overview and Responsibilites

  • Maintain an environment which is drug-free, non-violent, treatment focused and respectful.
  • Ensure a clean and efficient environment throughout the building(s) which is compliant with NARR, City, State, and Federal regulations.
  • Communicate and enforce standards of performance and expectations as outlined in the residential/recovery housing and Maternity Home handbooks.
  • Ensure the quality, timeliness, and content of residential staff documentation by conducting weekly file reviews.
  • Facilitate and assist with assessments and intake process.
  • Conduct weekly, unannounced searches on all client residential quarters and document searches on the appropriate form in collaboration with the Lead Behavioral Health Technicians.
  • Review and process client passes.
  • Document client services in EHR as required.
  • Keep up to date records and daily census and provide to the Director of Housing and Billing Department in a timely manner.

  • Provide order for housing program supplies and submit house bills to Director of Housing.
  • Collect and document resident rent and program payments when required in accordance with ministry financial policies.
  • Conduct fire, tornado and earthquake drills quarterly. 
  • Report all emergencies to Director of Housing immediately and complete incident reports.
  • Attend internal and external meetings as directed.
  • Assist with house scheduling/coverage which includes evenings, weekends, holidays and after hours as needed
  • Operate QOPC vehicle, in accordance with local laws and within agency guidelines for client transportation or other program needs
  • Facilitate weekly house meetings and schedule recovery events for house residents.  
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree and/or MAADC I or II; Certified Peer Specialist with SUD; lived experience with at least 3 years in recovery.
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance; Missouri residents require a Class E license if transporting clients
  • Obtain L1MA certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $48,000.00 per year
