Home Care Consultant (Full-Time) Location: Ames & Waukee, Iowa (serving Dallas, Madison, Warren, Boone & Story Counties) Salary: Begins at $60,000 annually + performance-based incentives Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am. – 4:30 pm Help Reframe the Future of Aging At Home Instead, we believe home care isn’t just a bridge to long-term care—it is long-term care. We’re looking for a passionate, people-first professional to join our team as a Home Care Consultant. This is your chance to help more Iowa families choose care that honors independence, dignity, and connection. What You’ll Do:

Cultivate and maintain referral relationships with healthcare providers, case managers, discharge planners, and community partners.
Generate qualified referrals through repeat, relationship-based outreach.
Consult with referral sources and families to explore our in-home care solutions.
Represent Home Instead in the community through events and PR activities.
Collaborate with internal teams and participate in client consultations.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in sales, healthcare, outreach, or senior services preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Self-starter with excellent organization and follow-through.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
