Job Description
Description Huntington seeks an individual with experience in receivable monetization and supply chain finance. Individual should be forward-thinking and comfortable working in an emerging product line at Huntington. This is a hybrid role consisting of both sales and product development responsibility. Candidate will be assigned sales goals and will participate directly in the development of the strategic product roadmap for the group, serving a key role in the bank’s new product approval process.
Basic Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree
- 8 or more years of experience including receivable purchasing and supply chain finance products
Preferred Skills/Experience - MBA preferred
- Expert knowledge of receivable purchasing and supply chain finance products; including product strategy development, implementation, transaction pricing and sales
- 10+ years of sales experience and demonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales goals
- Proven commercial credit skills and ability to effectively work with credit approval authorities
- Deep industry network and current understanding of relevant market trends shaping the industry
- Experience in distribution of supply chain and trade finance assets, including receivables
- Familiarity with trade receivable securitization market and relevant products
- Proven detail orientation, strategic and analytical abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills with comfort interacting with senior management
- Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines, while balancing multiple goals
- Strong computer skills including MS office products, among other relevant applications

Compensation Range $93,000.00 - $189,000.00 USD Annual Salary
The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
