Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the firm’s accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and job costing.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and manage firm-wide budgets, forecasts, and financial planning models.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, profitability analysis, and resource allocation.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Manage cash flow and liquidity planning to ensure ongoing operational stability.
• Maintain and enhance internal controls.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 7+ years of experience in accounting/finance
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance standards.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Must have a proactive problem-solving mindset.
