Legacy Healthcare is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator to support our skilled nursing communities across Iowa. What You’ll Do
As a Compliance Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting core compliance functions and promoting regulatory excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
Manage key compliance processes, including licensure tracking, exclusion list checks, policy documentation, and reporting.
Own the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring training assignments, tracking, and follow-up are completed on time.
Support incident tracking, insurance documentation, and subpoena management in coordination with Legal.
Oversee company fleet management, including vehicle tracking, insurance, training compliance, and accident reporting.
Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure timely completion of compliance activities and regulatory deadlines.
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, legal studies, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered)
1-2 years of experience in healthcare compliance, legal, or administrative support (preferred)
Familiarity with long-term care regulations, healthcare contract management, or OIG exclusion processes is a plus
