Your Responsibilities:

As the Sales Associate Team Lead , you’ll guide and support a team of 4 sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service. You’ll also:

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring issues are resolved smoothly.
• Process sales orders, payments, exchanges, and returns in line with company policies.
• Manage daily deposits and end-of-day bank verifications.
• Stay up-to-date on promotional offers and product knowledge to upsell effectively.
• Lead by example, motivating your team to meet sales quotas and deliver top-notch service.
• Monitor call and mail histories to ensure all customers are assisted in a timely manner.
• Craft professional emails and communicate effectively with customers and coworkers in both Spanish and English.

What We’re Looking For:

• Leadership Experience : At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, ideally in retail, call centers, or fast food.
• Bilingual Fluency : Excellent written and oral communication skills in Spanish are a must.
• Customer Service Skills : Passion for helping customers, strong upselling abilities, and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Tech-Savvy : Strong computer skills, including experience with Google Calendar, social media, WhatsApp, Google Chat, and CRM systems.
• Organizational Skills : Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
