**Responsibilities**
**Position Overview**
The Inventory Capacity Governance Analyst supports network-wide capacity management and optimization initiatives. This role works closely with the Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely, and actionable reporting on site inventory utilization, risks, and opportunities. The analyst will help maintain trackers and dashboards and support escalations that drive effective decision-making.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ **Data Management & Reporting**
+ Aggregate and validate inventory utilization and throughput data from all network sites.
+ Update and maintain the Inventory Capacity Action Tracker and supporting dashboards.
+ Conduct regular checks for sites breaching utilization thresholds; flag issues for action.
+ **Governance Support**
+ Prepare materials, data summaries, and visualizations for monthly inventory capacity reviews and quarterly network strategy sessions.
+ Track follow-ups and document action items from governance meetings.
+ Assist with the preparation of executive summary reports and presentations.
+ **Analysis & Problem-Solving**
+ Identify utilization trends, risks, and outliers within the network.
+ Support root cause analysis and improvement initiatives for sites with recurring issues or excess costs.
+ Generate ad hoc reports and respond to information requests from internal stakeholders.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration**
+ Work with plant, logistics, inventory, and demand planning teams to resolve data discrepancies and gather context for anomalies.
+ Serve as a contact point for data questions related to inventory capacity across the network.
**Qualifications**
**Skills & Experience**
+ 1-3 years' experience in supply chain, inventory, logistics, or business/data analytics
+ Strong Excel and reporting/dashboard skills; Smartsheet experience a plus
+ Ability to interpret and communicate data-driven insights
+ Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
+ Strong collaboration and communication skills; comfortable working cross-functionally
**Success Measures**
+ Timely and accurate updates to capacity dashboards and trackers
+ Proactive escalation of risks based on utilization thresholds
+ Quality of analytics and support for governance reviews
+ Positive feedback from the Manager and cross-functional stakeholders

The compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Pactiv Evergreen, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $62,000-$103,400.
