Job Description

We are hiring an accountant to handle the accounts receivable for a local company. This is a full time Mon-Fri 8a-5p job. Responsibilities include-

• Manage the accounts receivable process including invoice processing, customer management and applying payments. Must understand a chart of accounts and how to apply that to the receivables process.
• Financial Reporting- Prepare and review reports for accuracy.
• Account Reconciliation
• Resolve discrepancies promptly
• Must be able to handle financial information with discretion and integrity 
• Must be able to work independently and collaborate with the team respectfully
  

Requirements

• Must have a degree in accounting or related field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in accounting
• Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
