Job Description

Description Determine timely resolution for invoice quantity discrepancies by interfacing with suppliers, part centers, and purchasing departments. Obtain and reconcile 100% of statements from assigned suppliers. Accurately resolve and completely document invoice related receiving discrepancies in a timely manner. Enter supplier pack lists within 3 days of receipt; mail and memo distribution; generate daily outstanding receiver pending payment report. Account reconciliations Will be assisting the inventory department matching invoices and purchase orders and coding into the system Invoice processing High volume Skills account reconciliation, invoice processing, high volume, excel, purchase order, SAP, erp, acocunting, finance Top Skills Details account reconciliation,invoice processing,high volume,excel,purchase order Additional Skills & Qualifications Candidate needs to be open to learning Bachelors degree 1-3 years of exp on SAP Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
